The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with its own beach bar. The sand was golden and the beach restaurant provided delicious food and free water. The sunbeds were included and nicely shaded, making it a comfortable place to relax.
The staff, especially the lady dealing with restaurant reservations, were unhelpful and did not prioritize the comfort of guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped gym. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it convenient for a relaxing day at the shore. The staff were attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.

Upon arrival at Side Royal Palace, I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was in order. The highlight of my stay was the beach, just a short walk away, where I could relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The inclusive mini bar and free safety deposit box were nice perks. Despite a language barrier, the staff made an effort to communicate and were always attentive to my needs. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel exudes luxury and comfort and truly exceeded our expectations. From the indulgent spa treatments, to the immaculate outdoor swimming pool, all the way to the exotic beach access, we felt truly pampered and relaxed. the live entertainment every evening and karaoke bar provided lively and engaging activities for all ages. the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and efficient, catering to our every need. the poolside snack bar and lobby bar provided refreshing drinks and snacks all day long. We particularly enjoyed the exclusive amenities offered in our room, such as the private facilities and treatment room for in-room massages and beauty treatments. Cons: the only slight drawback of this hotel was the lack of a heated swimming pool, which made it slightly less enjoyable during cooler evenings. this did not detract from our overall experience of the hotel and its many other luxurious facilities.
